With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and more than 15 years in leadership positions within technology and team management, I bring extensive expertise and a proven hands-on approach to technical consulting.
My career at several global Tier-1 suppliers has shaped me into a versatile consultant with a deep knowledge of the industry, covering all aspects from serial production to the development of cutting-edge processes.
As Head of Serial Process Development for production technologies and as a team leader in pre-development, I have held both operational and strategic responsibilities, making significant contributions to technical innovation.
Leading task forces for renowned OEMs and working closely with executive management underscores my ability to execute complex projects to the highest quality standards and deliver sustainable solutions.
With a proactive approach, I implement not only strategically groundbreaking projects but also efficiency improvements that translate into measurable KPIs and tangible success.
My extensive expertise in development, process optimization, and quality management for high-tech materials, such as nickel-based and gamma titanium aluminide alloys, as well as in the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., MIM, ECM, additive manufacturing), establishes me as a specialist in complex and forward-looking production processes.
In quality and supply chain management, I support all phases of the production cycle—from supplier selection and qualification to series approval.
Additionally, my expertise includes the development of strategic roadmaps to drive innovation and technology projects, as well as multi-project management covering international initiatives from acquisition to final customer approval.
